Ciara Ralston Perkins
Ciara Ralston Perkins is the VP of Paid Media at Zero Gravity where she turns data into insights, campaigns into strategic success, and teams into high-performing powerhouses. With a BA in Marketing and PR and extensive experience in paid media, she thrives on optimizing processes, mentoring talent, and leading teams to push the boundaries of digital marketing. To Ciara, marketing and data are like a puzzle—one she loves solving with a mix of creativity, analytics, and just the right amount of caffeine.
A firm believer that great marketing is built on strong strategy and even stronger teams, Ciara is passionate about fostering collaboration, streamlining workflows, and creating an environment where innovation thrives. When she’s not fine-tuning digital strategies, you can find her on the sand volleyball court, enjoying a good book, spoiling her four-legged best friends, or spending quality time with family—because no matter how fast-paced marketing gets, she knows the most important priorities are the people who matter most.
At Zero Gravity Marketing, she’s dedicated to not just driving performance, but also developing the people and processes that make it all possible.

Why do you enjoy digital marketing?
Digital marketing is like a high-stakes puzzle where the pieces are always changing. I love the challenge of figuring out how data, creativity, and strategy fit together to create campaigns that not only capture attention but drive real results. Every campaign is an opportunity to experiment, adapt, and refine—kind of like a never-ending game where the rules keep evolving. Plus, seeing the direct impact of paid media in real-time is incredibly rewarding. It’s a mix of art and science, and I thrive on finding the perfect balance between the two.
