Samantha Gonzalez is a strategist and program leader with over 15 years of experience across project management, product management, and product strategy. She's managed cross-functional teams across a variety of industries and deliverables ranging from high-performing websites to complex product development. I specialize in bringing strategic initiatives to life, from concept to execution, to ensure goals are exceeded in a timeline that is feasible and viable for all parties.
Outside of work, she is an improv teacher and facilitator. She helped start a program for neurodivergent teens and kids improv classes, as well as most recently through women's retreats.

Why do you enjoy digital marketing?
I enjoy the creative problems we get to tackle across digital marketing. It feels like a puzzle piece coming together across channels, tactics, and solutions. I really love the test and iterate aspect of what we get to do on the Platforms side of things because it feels like we're scientists and we can prove or disprove any well-informed hypothesis, but we can move a lot quicker than standard science can.
