Summer Lamson is the President of Zero Gravity Marketing (ZGM), where she leads the agency through organizational, financial, and cultural transformation. With more than 15 years of agency experience, she brings deep expertise in strategy, client services, and executive leadership—helping teams align people, performance, and profitability. Summer is passionate about building sustainable growth models that balance client success with team well-being, and she is committed to creating accountable, values-driven organizations.
Outside of work, Summer enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading epic fantasy novels for fun and business books for growth, and exploring the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. She loves adventuring with her husband Desmond and daughter Lilinoe —whether camping under the stars or road-tripping to discover new places together.

Yes - a 14-year-old Bengal/Manx cat named Luna, and a 6-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback / Black Mouth Cur dog named Ilikea.
