Q: Where are you from?
A: The shores of Old Lyme, CT.
Q: How did you choose this career path?
A: During my time in school, I hadn’t thought about working in an agency. However, during my senior year, I started doing social media for our men’s and women’s soccer teams, and immediately wanted to learn more about the ability digital media has to connect people to what they’re looking for - ZGM offered me the opportunity to do just that!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What I love most about my job is that I’m never done learning. Not only have I already learned so much about the ever-changing digital media landscape from our team at ZGM, but I’ve also gotten to learn so much about the great people who work here.
Q: What is your favorite part of being a member of the ZGM team?
A: My favorite part of being a member of the ZGM team is the culture created by our team. Everyone wants you to succeed and is committed to making sure you know that you are a part of the team for a reason.
Q: What is your favorite quote?
A: “Whatever you do in this life, it’s not legendary unless your friends are there to see it.” - Barney Stinson
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: Not yet...but stay tuned. Getting a golden retriever is on my bucket list.
Q: Name one thing on your bucket list.
A: Besides having a golden retriever, I’d have to say the ultimate item on my bucket list is going to a Manchester United match at Old Trafford with my dad and brother.
Q: What would you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
A: My greatest accomplishment was my alternative break trip to Tennessee in my sophomore year at UConn. From helping in soup kitchens to rebuilding houses, seeing how much our work meant to the local community was extremely rewarding.
Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
A: I really enjoy both playing and watching soccer or golf. I’ve been following Manchester United since I was 7, so watching the Premier League every weekend has been an annual tradition. I also enjoy playing guitar - hopefully I can start lessons soon!
Q: What's your favorite food? Least favorite food?
A: While I’d love to say that grilled salmon and couscous are my favorite, my dad’s homemade pizza stays top of that list. Currently, shrimp is my least favorite food, but tastes can change.
Q: Pick three words to describe yourself.
A: Dedicated, Reliable, Personable.
Q: Favorite musician?
A: George Harrison from The Beatles or John Mayer. Both of them are incredible guitar players.
Q: If you were a Crayola Crayon, what could would you be?
A: Cerulean - it’s a unique shade of blue, and Cerulean City is one of the coolest places in Pokémon.
Q: You're about to perform in a karaoke bar. What song do you pick?
A: Levels by Avicii.
Q: If you could live in a TV show, book, or movie, which one would you pick?
A: I’d either live in Harry Potter or Game of Thrones - anything to ride on the back of a dragon.
Q: If you could hang out with anyone for a day, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
A: I think I’d spend it with Sir Alex Ferguson (the best football manager of all time). The opportunity to discuss everything from tactics and his management style, to how he helped establish one of the largest global brands, would be fascinating.
